Gently insert the nozzle into the rectum.
Slowly release the clamp to allow the solution to flow into the colon.

                     
Retention:
Hold the solution in the colon for the recommended time.
Move to the toilet to expel the solution after the retention period.
Aftercare:
Clean the Basti kit thoroughly after use.
